I am selling a 13-course Swan Neck lute by W. Emmerich, made in 1988
The instrument is seems to have been a bit of an experiment and is an own model by the maker
with a body apparently after M. Tieffenbrucker.
It is currently strung in Nylgut, Bases in Loaded Nylgut.
415 Hz, „d-minor tuning“, stringlength 72cm.
I have played it a lot, both in context of solo and basso continuo repertoire and it comes with a Bergner case.
I sell it, since I currently own two 13-course Swan Neck lutes and this is a solid, but not an exquisit instrument.
The lute is in Bremen, Germany.
